Annie keeps on growing and I keep on not getting around to posting those pictures I intended to post… whenever that was, when I said I had more cute pictures of her.  Plus she’s just so cute that I can’t decide which ones to post.  Plus there are other things I want to post about so I just haven’t posted anything.  Finally I decided I wouldn’t worry about posting too many pictures to make it easier.

These pictures are from two weeks ago. Look at her holding her head up!

The chubbiness!

Okay, mom.  Let’s go play!  If only I could get these arms and legs to cooperate.

Peeking out at this great big world and contemplating the vastness of it all.
Look at them peepers!

I think these last two are my favorites.

Allani was able to be blessed in the dress that her Grandma (my mom) and her great Grandma Jean Haws (my mom’s mom) were blessed in. This is especially neat because we gave her my Grandma’s name as her middle name. Plus my Grandma Haws’ mom’s name was Annie. So it was really neat for several reasons that she was able to be blessed in this sweet little dress.

Here’s a better view of the dress itself. It has pretty, delicate embroidered flowers on the top and bottom of the dress.

I just love her tiny hands.

Here is a picture of most of the family that were at the blessing. Unfortunately we didn’t get one before some of our family had to leave. Allani’s 10 living grandparents and great grandparents were there.  We are so glad they were all able to come!  Adam’s Grandma Bosen and her new husband even came even though it was the day after their wedding.

Babies grow so fast its hard to believe! Here are some photos of Allani to show you how she is growing and changing.

Look at how much she changed from barely one week to just about two weeks old! This is Allani at 1 week and 2 days.

Here is Allani just 4 days later. Look at those chubby cheeks! Her arms were still pretty skinny though.

Here is Annie sleeping on daddy’s lap. This is one of my very favorites!

I managed to get a picture of Allani smiling in her sleep on the beautiful and very fun quilt that her Grandma Bosen made for her. (Can you see the monkeys bouncing on pogo sticks on the quilt? No wonder she was smiling.) This was exactly one month after she was born. Her arms and legs were filling out a bit, too.

Stay tuned for more even cuter pictures to come! I’ve got to get started on dinner now, but I’ve got some more really cute ones including pictures of Annie in her blessing dress!

It looks like summer is finally coming. At least it did last week. (It’s been rainy for the last few days)

Hyrum loves to play with the kids next door; they chase each other around, eat Popsicles, draw on the sidewalk, etc. He knows all their names but he always calls them “the kids”.

When the doorbell rings about five times really fast it is usually one of them asking if Hyrum can come out and play. Sometimes it is really sad to tell them that he has to eat dinner or that he is taking his nap. But they usually understand.

Hyrum likes to draw with sidewalk chalk. By the time he is done his pants are a new color.
